What to Expect in an appointment
The Ellen Cutler Method uses vibrational frequencies to identify things, such as foods, chemicals, bacterias, etc. that are causing blockages in the body. These blockages are identified through muscle testing. Muscle testing uses your own strength to show the practitioner what is weak and what is strong in your body. Once identified, we clear the weakness with acupressure and then end the session with Chinese medicine style acupuncture.
Acupuncture uses stainless steel needles to stimulate specific acu-points that correlate to different organ systems in the body. The practitioner looks at your tongue and symptom picture to choose which points will be most beneficial for you.
For your session it is key to drink lots of water prior to and after treatment. Also it would be beneficial to wear pants that roll to the knees for the acupuncture.
After your session it is completely normal to feel tired and lethargic, if symptoms last more then 48 hours after your session please contact your practitioner.
